Returns/Refunds/Cancellations Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email our customer service team on sales@lifesahamper.com.au as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be made if hampers have not yet been packed or dispatched from our warehouse. Should you wish to stop a hamper from being delivered whilst in transit, you will also be charged with a redirection delivery cost passed on from our courier company.

Any refunds that are processed can take up to 5 business days for funds to reappear into your account.

Lifes A Hamper does not offer refunds on hampers that have already been dispatched or delivered to your recipient.

There are damaged items in my hamper?
Lifes A Hamper takes great care when packing our hampers to ensure they are packed well & arrive in perfect condition. At times accidents can occur. If an item arrives damaged please contact us on 0423 911 300 or by emailing a photo of the damaged item to sales@lifesahamper.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Policy

All orders received Mon - Fri before 12pm Australian Eastern Standard Time will be promptly dispatched the same day. Any orders that we receive thereafter or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following business day or based upon your chosen delivery date.

No changes can be made to your order once your hampers has been dispatched from our warehouse.

We will dispatch all orders in accordance to courier timeframes at the current time. Please note timeframes are an estimate only, as unexpected courier delays can occur once dispatched from us.

Lifes A Hamper does not take responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by our customers. Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing orders as return to sender & re-delivery fees will apply to incorrect or incomplete details.

Hampers that are returned back to us due to incorrect or incomplete details can take up to 2-3 weeks for us to receive back. Please be aware that any products or packaging that needs replacing will incur a replacement fee. Hampers will not be dispatched until the replacement fee has been made.

Payments

All payments need to be cleared before hampers can be dispatched from our warehouse. Please note at times there could be a delay of payments being cleared which may result in delayed dispatch.

Our secure payment system does not store credit card details on file to protect your privacy.

Lifes A Hamper chooses to use Startrack & Australia Post to deliver your gift hampers Australia wide. You as our customer acknowledge that the timeframes specified are estimate only, and you will find that on occasion your hamper may be delayed and not arrive within your estimated time frame.
